Return eBook - Digital goods of good quality in electronic form are not subject to exchange or return. If the product is of inadequate quality, a refund can be issued within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- If you change your mind regarding the purchase of an e-book, you can request its cancellation or refund within 14 days from the date of payment, provided that you have not started reading the purchased book online or have not downloaded it.
- You cannot refuse a purchased digital book that has already been downloaded or you are reading it online, unless you have identified technical flaws in the book file that prevent you from reading it.
Paper book return In accordance with paragraph 14 of the list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange (approved by by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.12.2020 No. 2463) non-periodic publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical editions, sheet editions, calendars, booklets, editions reproduced on technical media) are not subject to exchange or return.
Thus, the seller's refusal to exchange (return) a non-periodic publication of proper quality does not violate consumer rights.
In the event that the book is purchased remotely, then, in accordance with Art. 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights," you can return the ordered online goods at any time before its transfer.
If defects are found in the product: - pages are glued or not cut;
- some pages are missing;
- pages not printed;
- there are other defects that prevent reading the text, etc., the consumer has the right to contact the seller, in accordance with Art. 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights," with a written request to replace the goods, return the money paid or proportionally reduce the purchase price.
